Pool-Time is a computer software program that runs under Window Operating System. Pool-Time is used to time and charge pool tables in a Billiard Hall. It can also be used to time other devices such as electronic games and go-carts. The program “logs in” a customer, and starts charging for the table. The amount owing is shown on the screen and is continually updated. Optional lighting can be added to turn the lights on over the table while the table is being rented. Pool-Time allows control of the Billiard Hall, ensuring the customers
are charged the correct amount (especially with the lights as the customers do
not like playing in the dark), and ensuing that the employees collect and
report this amount. Reporting includes Shift cash balances (to reconcile each
shift), Daily cash balances (to reconcile each day), Hourly accumulators by
table (help define which tables are the popular tables, and at which times of
the day) and table accumulators (Monthly and Yearly values as well as
determining table maintenance). Pool-Time is quick and easy to use and is a
must for the smallest to the largest Billiard Halls.
